- Fitness assessments – Starting a program for the first time can be daunting so our staff take special care introducing you to the program. We measure your weight, height, heart rate and cardiac fitness.
- Group Training – We organise training sessions with different activities such as boxing classes, circuit classes or cardiovascular days which involve walking or running, perfect for getting out of the office!
- Homework – We give you a sensible nutritional and exercise program to continue at home so you get the best out of the group training
